Present:  Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Hill, Commissioner Noah, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Jill Chapman, Jennifer Bisom, Scott Fereday, Jake Class, Jake Strohmeyer, Matt Caldwell, Jon Metz, Tyler Paul, Joe Becker, August Wheeler, and Pat Dumont.
​Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:02.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to approve the minutes from the July 13, 2016 and the July 28th Special Session meetings.

Chief Billmire read the financial report.
 
Motion:  Commissioners reviewed the financial report and Commissioner Noah moved to pay the bills as presented.

OLD BUSINESS:
 
Chief Billmire and Jill Chapman reviewed the EMS billing increase proposal.
 
Chief Billmire reviewed the 2016-17 budget.  Our budget hearing is August 24, 2016 at 07:00.
 
 
REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
 
EMS:  Chief Billmire and Jill Chapman reported on EMS.
 
PREVENTION/INSPECTION:  Assistant Chief de Jong and Jake Class reported on prevention and inspection.
 
TRAINING:  Chief Billmire and Assistant Chief de Jong reported on training.
 
VOLUNTEERS:  Matt Caldwell reported on volunteers.
 
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT:  Jake Class reported on apparatus.
 
ADMINISTRATION:  Pat and Chief Billmire reported on administration.
 
LOCAL 4564:  August Wheeler reported on local 4564.
 
NEW BUSINESS:
 
Motion:  Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.
Second
Motion carried.  The meeting adjourned at 08:02.
