BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

Present:  Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Hill, Commissioner Noah, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Captain Van Middendorp, Captain Olson, Jonas Bean, Anna Martin, August Wheeler and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:00.
Motion:  Commissioner Noah moved to approve minutes from the November 13, 2013 meeting.

Chief Billmire read the financial report.
Motion:  Commissioner Noah moved to accept the financial report and approve payment of all bills.

OLD BUSINESS:
Chief Billmire informed the Commissioners he had submitted the Assistance to Firefighters Grant application.
REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
EMS:  Anna Martin and August Wheeler reported on EMS.
PREVENTION/INSPECTION:  Chief Billmire reported on prevention/inspection.
TRAINING:  Chief Billmire and August Wheeler reported on training.
VOLUNTEERS:  Chief Billmire reported on the volunteers.
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT:  Captain VanMiddendorp reported on the fire boat.
ADMINISTRATION:  All three Commissioners were sworn in and Commissioner Binder and Commissioner Noah received Certificates of Election.
NEW BUSINESS:
Chief Billmire informed the Commissioners that Jared will be at the January 3, 2014 meeting to go over the audit.
Commissioner Binder called the Commissioners into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Statute 67-2345 (b).
Commissioner Binder called the public meeting back to order at 08:59.
Motion:  Commissioner Binder moved to adjourn.

Motion Carried.  The meeting was adjourned at 09:00.
