BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

Present:  Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Noah, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Captain VanMiddendorp, Jay Mentzer, Jonas Bean, Heather Thiry, Jared Zwygart and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:02.

Motion:  Commissioner Noah moved to approve the minutes from the January 13, 2016 meeting.

Jared Zwygart presented and discussed the annual audit with the Commissioners.
 
Motion:  Commissioner Noah made a motion to accept the audit as presented.

Chief Billmire read the financial report.
 
Motion:  Commissioner Noah moved to accept the financial report and approve payment of all bills.

OLD BUSINESS:
 
SCBA update:  Chief Billmire reported on this update.
 
New Hire update:  Chief Billmire reported on this update.
 
REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
 
EMS: Jay Mentzer reported on EMS.
 
PREVENTION/INSPECTION:  Assistant Chief de Jong reported on prevention and inspection.
 
TRAINING:  Chief Billmire reported on training.
 
VOLUNTEERS:  Heather Thiry reported on volunteers.
 
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT:  Captain VanMiddendorp reported on apparatus.
 
ADMINISTRATION:  Pat and Chief Billmire reported on administration.
 
LOCAL 4564:  Jonas Bean reported on local 4564.
 
NEW BUSINESS:
A swearing in ceremony was conducted for our two new hires, Shaun Beau Frick and Jonathan Metz.
 
Motion:  Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.
