BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

Present:  Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Noah, Commissioner Hill, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Dr. Bob, Matt Caldwell, Brock Leavitt, Beau Frick, Mike Gurney, Captain Swain, Matt McMahan, August Wheeler, Jill Chapman, and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:02.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to approve the minutes from the January 10, 2018 meeting.

Chief Billmire read the financial report.
 
Motion:  Commissioners reviewed the financial report and Commissioner Hill moved to pay the bills as presented.

OLD BUSINESS:
 
Chief Billmire gave an update on the station expansion.
 
Chief Billmire reported on the new-hire results.
 
REPORTS:
VOLUNTEERS:  Matt Caldwell reported on the volunteers.
 
LOCAL 4564: August Wheeler reported on Local 4564.
 
EMS: Jill Chapman reported on EMS.
 
PREVENTION/INSPECTIONS:  Assistant Chief de Jong and Chief Billmire reported on prevention and inspections.
 
TRAINING:  Chief Billmire and Beau Frick reported on training.
 
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT:  Chief Billmire and Beau Frick reported on apparatus.
 
ADMINISTRATION:  Pat reported on administration.
 
MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
 
NEW BUSINESS:
 
Mike Gurney presented a new snowmobile that was donated to the Fire Dept from Kevin Jones.
 
Commissioner Binder Made a motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2345 (b), all three Commissioners agreed and they went into executive session at 08:22 am.
 
Commissioner Binder called the Public meeting back to order at 10:09 am.
 
Motion:  Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.
Second
Motion carried.  The meeting adjourned at 10:10 am.
