Present:  Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Noah, Commissioner Hill, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Jordan Ockunzzi, Beau Frick, Captain Swain, Jake Class, Jill Chapman, Matt Caldwell and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:02.
 
Motion:  Commissioner Noah moved to approve the minutes from the January 11, 2017 meeting.

Jared Zwyrgart, Millington Zwygart CPS’s presented the fiscal year 2015-16 annual audit to the Commissioners.
Commissioner Noah moved to accept the audit as presented.

Chief Billmire read the financial report.
 
Motion:  Commissioners reviewed the financial report and Commissioner Noah moved to pay the bills as presented.

OLD BUSINESS:
 
Chief Billmire and the Commissioners looked at the new Tender-2.
 
REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
 
EMS: Jill Chapman reported on EMS.
 
PREVENTION/INSPECTION: Assistant Chief de Jong reported on prevention and inspection.
 
TRAINING:  Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong and Beau Frick reported on training.
 
VOLUNTEERS:  Matt Caldwell gave an update on the volunteers.
 
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT:  Chief Billmire reported on apparatus.
 
ADMINISTRATION:  Pat Dumont reported on administration.
 
LOCAL 4564:  Beau Frick reported on Local 4564.
 
NEW BUSINESS:
 
Chief Billmire discussed with the Commissioners replacing the Bearcat with a backcountry snowmobile.
 
Motion:  Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.

Motion carried.  The meeting adjourned at 08:52.
