Present:  Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Hill, Commissioner Noah, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Captain VanMiddendorp, Anna Martin, Captain Swain, Jonas Bean, Michael Gurney, Pat Dumont and Jared Zwygart
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:01.
Motion:   Commissioner Hill moved to approve minutes from the December 11, 2013 meeting.

OLD BUSINESS:
Jared Zwygart presented and reviewed our annual audit.
Motion:  Commissioner Noah moved to accept the audit as presented.

REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
EMS:  Anna Martin reported on EMS.
PREVENTION/INSPECTION:  Chief Billmire and Assistant Chief de Jong reported on prevention and inspections.
TRAINING:  Captain Swain reported on training and the FF1 testing that is coming up.
VOLUNTEERS:  Michael Gurney reported on the volunteers.
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT:  Chief Billmire reported on apparatus.
ADMINISTRATION:  Assistant Chief de Jong reported on year end stats.
NEW BUSINESS:
Commissioner Binder moved to go into executive session per Idaho Code 67-2345 (b).

Commissioner Binder called the public meeting back to order at 08:50.
Motion:  Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.
Second
Motion carried.  The meeting was adjourned at 08:50.
