BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

Present:  Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Hill, Commissioner Noah, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Captain Van Middendorp, Jill Chapman, Jonas Bean, Anna Martin, August Wheeler, Jason Beck and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:03.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to approve the minutes from the June 10, 2015 and June 18, 2015 meetings.

Chief Billmire read the financial report.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to accept the financial report and approve payment of all bills.

OLD BUSINESS:
Jonas Bean discussed the new CBA with the Commissioners.
Jeff Luff (New Meadows Fire Chief) stopped in to let the Commissioners know how much he appreciated the relationship between McCall Fire and New Meadows Fire. 
REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
EMS:  Anna Martin reported on EMS.
PREVENTION/INSPECTION:  Assistant Chief de Jong reported on the Woody Debris program.  Chief Billmire reported on the McCall campground that used to be the KOA camp.
TRAINING:  Chief Billmire reported on training.
VOLUNTEERS:  Jason Beck reported on the volunteers and Captain Van Middendorp informed the Commissioners about the BBQ on Sunday July 19th.
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT:  Assistant Chief de Jong reported on apparatus and Jonas Bean reported on the fire boat.
ADMINISTRATION:  Pat and Chief Billmire reported on administration.
LOCAL 4564:  Jonas Bean reported on local 4564.
NEW BUSINESS:
Chief Billmire presented the 2015 – 16 proposed budget to the Commissioners.
Motion:  Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.

Motion carried.  The meeting adjourned at 09:35.
