Present:  Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Noah, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Jay Mentzer, Jon Metz, Jill Chapman, and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:02.

Motion:  Commissioner Noah moved to approve the minutes from the August 10, 2016 Regular and August 24, 2016 Budget meetings.

Chief Billmire read the financial report.
 
Motion:  Commissioners reviewed the financial report and Commissioner Noah moved to pay the bills as presented.

OLD BUSINESS:
 
Commissioner Noah moved to approve the EMS billing increase as advertised and presented.

Motion carried
 
REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
 
EMS: Jill Chapman and Jay Mentzer reported on EMS
 
PREVENTION/INSPECTION: Assistant Chief de Jong reported on prevention and inspection.
 
TRAINING:  Chief Billmire reported on training.
 
VOLUNTEERS:  Chief Billmire and Assistant Chief de Jong reported on the volunteers.
 
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT:  Chief Billmire reported on apparatus and equipment.
 
ADMINISTRATION:  Pat and Assistant Chief de Jong reported on administration.
 
LOCAL 4564:  Jay Mentzer reported on local 4564.
 
NEW BUSINESS:
 
Commissioners Noah moved to accept and sign the amended 2016 Brundage Mountain Contract.

Commissioner Noah moved to accept and sign the 2016-17 Valley County EMS Contract as presented.

Motion:  Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.

Motion carried.  The meeting adjourned at 07:52.
